PHILOSOPHY

At St. Marcel Academy International School (SMAIS), we believe that education should prepare students for life by equipping them with skills that involve the application of thinking skills, self-management skills, research skills, social skills, and communication skills.
We highly believe that a strong parent-teacher collaboration will ensure a complete understanding of our students and ultimately ensure that the required support is provided for the success of our students. 
Our inquiry-based teaching approach and differentiated instruction ensure that our students' learning needs are well catered for and hence able to make progress.
We foster the holistic development of our students by creating meaningful opportunities that help them gain a deeper understanding of local, national, and global issues and enable them to take responsible action.
At SMAIS, we believe that creating opportunities for students to make choices, and express their opinions makes them feel that they have ownership of their learning hence being able to act responsibly.
